This chilli has got so simple ingredients that its unbelievable how freaking amazing it is. Its so easy to make and will give you a great big batch that you can freeze down in portions for later. Serve it with some avocado and with some nachos or with rice. Its great on its own to.

Here are the rough measurements:
3 sliced onions
500g soy mince
3 cans of chopped tomatoes
2 cans of kidney beans
1 can of sweet corn
2 sweet peppers diced
1- 2 tps smoked paprika (depending what u like)
1- 2 tps mild paprika powder (depending what u like)
2 vegetable stock cubes
5 gloves of garlic
2 tbs tomato puree
1-2 tps ground cumin (depending what u like)
1 -2 tps mild or hot chilli powder (depending on the heat u like)
couple of splashes of lime juice
Add a generous amount of fresh/frozen coriander (cilantro) if you like !
